How do I update my personal information?

Login to your Dashboard and then go to Account Details to edit your personal information.

What do I do after my account is Successfully Approved?

Post Jobs or Resumes and Start Networking.  We approve new members within 48 hours of their application, then changes to accounts and listings are approved same day in most cases.  Good Luck!

Can I unsubscribe from receiving emails?

Yes, there is a manage subscription link a the footer of the newsletter and emails sent out from our mail systems.  You can also edit mail settings in Job Alerts

How do I reset my password?

On the Login Screen you will see a Forgot Password link. Click there and you will be asked to enter the username or email attached to your account. Then the system will email a password reset link to the email on file.

Can I apply for jobs without an account?

You must be a Registered and Approved Candidate or Employer to access users. Register Now

Why is my account creation stuck on pending?

Your pending status may be due to a payment pending or our admin team is still approving something on your account. We approve new members within 48 hours of application, then changes to accounts and listings are approved same day in most cases.

Why was my account declined?

If you think we declined your account in error then please contact us. We reserve the right to disallow anyone access to the system for any unexplained reason. We are just doing our best to protect the integrity of the site and the services it provides.

Do we collect personal info from your resume?

We do not scrape nor gather data from your resume files that you upload. You can upload Docs and PDFs, however we recommend you upload PDF files for best formatting of your resumes. Please see our Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions for more information on the data you enter into our site. All account data is deleted permanently when you delete, edit or change files.

Why did my Resume fail to upload?

If you are having issues uploading your Resume, you probably not techie enough for this tech job website. Just kidding! Please confirm you upload the resume file in one of these formats (.pdf,.docx,.doc,.rtf). Submit Resume

What are job alerts?

You may choose multiple job category types and when Job Posts is posted in on of your chosen categories then you will get an email notification for those Job Posts. Visit Job Alerts to choose your categories.

Billing

What payment methods do we accept?

We except Credit Card Payments through Secure PayPal.  Therefore we never see your Credit Card or Financial Data because PayPal never shares that information in accordance this their security policies.

Is my payment method secure?

Yes all payments are made through PayPal so we do not collect nor store your credit card details.

How do I change my billing address?

Please login to your dashboard and go to Addresses.

How do I cancel my membership?

Always please first try to Contact Us first and we will manually cancel any pending and future requiring payments.  Failing that you may also login into your PayPal account and cancel subscription and and future payments.  If you just cancel payments either way, then your premium membership will be downgraded to our free membership.  If you wish to cancel your account completely please make a request separately about that.  Contact Us
